Power every student engagement with a flexible credit system through METS

With the new Meritto Engagement & Transactional System (METS), institutions can now manage all student engagement through a centralized credit system. Whether it’s WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Voice, Automations, or Mio AI, METS allows you to recharge once and use credits flexibly across all channels. With MET Reserve, you also get real-time logs, alerts, and detailed reports for complete transparency and all existing credits are automatically migrated to METS.

Managing your lead sources just became easier with Campaign Grouping

Now, you can label, organize, and view your lead sources exactly the way you want with Campaign Grouping. You can decide which publishers belong to which traffic channels, rename existing ones, or onboard new marketing partners with ease. From creating and editing publishers to reorganizing groupings, everything happens in real time and stays fully within your control, giving you clarity and cleaner attribution, without any dependencies.

All your notes are centralized in one place

With Centralised Notes, every interaction across the Lead, Application, and Opportunity stages appears in a continuous thread. Just enable the “Show Centralised Notes” permission, and your team gets a complete view of each student’s journey, improving engagement and enabling faster, more informed responses.

Give your students the power to get recommendations from a unified platform

With Referral Connect, you can now create fully customizable recommendation forms based on the specific academic or professional information you require. Once the requests are sent, students can track the real-time status directly from their portal. On your side, everything is managed within the Application Manager: add columns, filter responses, download data, or resend reminders with just a click.

Auto-transfer student documents to your server via Secure File Transfer Protocol

We have introduced SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) as an additional method to download documents directly to a secure server from the Application Manager. It is built on top of SSH (Secure Shell), which provides a secure channel for communication between two devices. It enables automated & secure file transfers and minimizes manual download efforts.

Report Builder just got smarter, deeper, and more dynamic

The updated Report Builder allows you to include any dynamic field from your application form, alongside standard system fields. Whether you’re tracking academic qualifications, employment history, or financial aid preferences, these dynamic fields let you create more specific, flexible reports. It’s powerful, customizable reporting without the need for manual mapping or workarounds.

Stay compliant with Meta’s new rules

Meta has changed how WhatsApp messages are billed and categorized:

New pricing method: Instead of paying once per 24-hour chat, you’ll now be charged for every marketing or utility message sent.
Stricter template rules: Utility messages (like alerts or updates) must now be completely non-promotional and requested by the user. Meta will also check existing message templates to ensure they meet the new rules.

Log in to Meritto with the identity provider you already use

You can now log in to Meritto using the same identity provider your institution already uses. In addition to Okta SSO, we’ve added support for Azure Active Directory. Whether it’s Okta or Azure AD, Meritto now integrates seamlessly to offer a consistent, secure, and password-free login experience for your teams.

Collexo just got more flexible with Juspay integration

Collexo now supports Juspay for both online payments and EMI plans. While all clients can use Juspay for secure transactions, EMI options from 8 loan providers are currently exclusive to Enrollment Cloud users. This gives students more payment flexibility while institutions benefit from faster, more reliable collections.

Collexo’s webhooks just got upgraded

Collexo’s webhooks now let you push both payment and settlement data by date or transaction to your student management or partner systems in real time. Newly introduced tokens let you customize webhook payloads, including offline payment details. And, with test hit functionality, you can preview payloads and responses before going live, making integration smoother, faster, and more reliable.

Enable full access and features with Collexo Pixi by completing Video KYC

By default, every Pixi card comes with a ₹10,000 wallet limit. But with a quick Video KYC inside the app, students can unlock up to ₹2,00,000, enable ATM withdrawals and UPI payments, and continue using their Pixi card beyond 24 months. They just have to update the app to access these features.
