Our Methodology
Identifying the best performances was quite a challenge and as with any other part of the process. So we turned to our Analytics to be able to have some Data-Driven insights. We took to listing down the most important metrics and we had quite a long of them; here are a few metrics that are determinant to a counselor being CEP certified
where the number of leads engaged is gauged
the number of paid applications they contributed to the pool
the effective use of the various platform to reach out to the prospects
the measure of the queries resolves with a positive disposition
the measure of the entire follow-ups added to the leads and applications respectively followed by marking them completed
a subjective score out of 100 given by the institution
