One platform to build dynamic, feature-rich application forms, manage student applications, engage them across every stage, and drive enrollment growth with complete funnel visibility, ROI tracking, and a seamless applicant experience.
Application Management Software helps educational institutions manage everything between a student starting an application and successfully submitting it. It connects form creation, applicant guidance, document collection, application fees, query resolution, application tracking, and reporting in one workflow. Within Meritto Enrollment Cloud, it is the product layer that governs the student journey from application start to successful submission.
A form left incomplete, a document missed, a payment skipped, or a review delayed—every small gap can cost an applicant submission.
Applicants repeat information, miss requirements, and lose progress.
Teams cannot see exactly where each applicant stopped.
Students wait for answers while deadlines and intent fade.
Application fees, receipts, and refunds require manual coordination.
Show only the fields, documents, and steps relevant to the applicant.
Track completion, pending actions, and payment status in real time.
Answer questions and trigger contextual reminders before applicants drop.
Collect fees, issue receipts, and manage refunds on the same record.
Meritto connects how institutions build application journeys, how applicants complete them, how admissions teams process every submission, and how leaders improve performance — without losing context across forms, documents, payments, or reporting.
Create the right application journey from the start. Configure programme-specific forms, conditional fields, validation rules, document requirements, and payment flows around the way your institution admits students.
Help more applicants finish what they start. Give applicants a guided portal to save progress, upload documents, resolve queries, complete pending steps, and make payments without losing context.
Give teams one place to move every application forward. Track applicant stages, review submissions, verify documents, manage exceptions and payment status, and coordinate the next action from one applicant record.
See where applications slow down, and what needs attention. Track completion, drop-offs, programme demand, payment trends, and source-to-enrollment movement so teams can identify bottlenecks and act faster.
Designed to help teams reduce application drop-offs, simplify document handling, accelerate reviews, and convert more submitted applications into confirmed enrollments.
Create customised, programme-specific application forms that are easy for students to complete and simple for teams to launch, edit, and scale.
Centralise applicants from different sources so teams can track the application pipeline, prioritise better, and move every applicant forward in the funnel.
Create a branded student admission portal where student can complete their journey step by step, and stay informed without depending on repeated manual follow-ups.
Eliminate manual screening errors while introducing flexibility, automation, and seamless team collaboration, accelerating document verification and student enrollments.
Collect application, token, seat-booking, and other fees directly within the platform, while admissions and finance teams share one view of enrollment movement.
Use real-time application analytics to understand form completion, applicant quality, programme demand, payments, and drop-off patterns.
Use AI to answer applicant questions, identify incomplete journeys, follow up contextually, and help teams act before application intent disappears.

Meritto’s Application Automation Platform helps educational organisations digitise and manage the student application journey on one unified platform.
It brings together application form creation, applicant records, document collection, application fee workflows, student communication, query management, application tracking and reports. Admission teams can view application progress, coordinate actions across departments and guide applicants from application initiation towards admission and final enrollment.
As a capability within Meritto®, the AI-powered Operating System for Student Enrollments, it connects application workflows with the wider student journey rather than treating each application as an isolated form submission.
It digitises the journey from application initiation to final enrollment, including application forms, document collection and verification, application fees, status tracking, offer and admission workflows and post-application communication.
Meritto® is the AI-powered Operating System for Student Enrollments. Its Application & Post-Application Platform manages the journey from application initiation through verification, offers, admission and final enrollment.
Within Enrollment Cloud®, application management connects with Education CRM®, student engagement, marketing automation, payments and enrollment intelligence. The same student record can carry from the initial enquiry and counselling stages into applications and subsequent admission workflows.
This helps marketing, counselling and admission teams work with shared student data and context instead of maintaining separate records across the enrollment journey.
Meritto can manage the journey from application initiation to final enrollment, including:
Institutions can configure these stages around different programmes, admission cycles and internal processes while maintaining a connected applicant record.
Yes. Meritto’s Advanced Form Builder enables institutions to create and configure student application forms for different programmes and admission journeys.
Teams can use drag-and-drop components, reusable templates, conditional fields and programme-specific application logic. Forms can include document uploads and application fee stages, while real-time autosave allows applicants to save their progress and return later.
This gives institutions greater control over the information they collect while creating a simpler and more relevant form-filling experience for applicants.
Meritto helps institutions identify applicants who have started but not completed their applications and engage them based on their application stage and pending actions.
Real-time autosave allows students to continue from their previous progress. Admission teams can use application status, student activity and pending requirements to segment applicants and run relevant follow-ups, reminders and communication journeys.
Mio AI Voice can support defined application acceleration journeys by reaching incomplete applicants at scale, understanding their blockers, guiding them towards the relevant next step and capturing outcomes for the enrollment team.
Yes. Meritto enables institutions to collect, organise and review documents within the student application journey.
Applicants can upload required documents through their application or admission portal. Admission teams can review submissions, verify or reject documents and request resubmission when information is missing or incorrect. Institutions can also configure multi-level review and approval workflows around their admission processes.
Because documents remain connected to the application record, teams can track document status without managing separate email threads, folders or spreadsheets.
Yes. Meritto supports application fee workflows at different stages of the application journey.
Institutions can configure when an applicant is required to pay, track application fee status and connect payment information with the corresponding application record. Admission and finance teams can use this visibility to identify pending payments, manage payment-related actions and follow up with applicants.
At the point of admission, Collexo®, NoPaperForms’ Operating System for Fee Collections and Payments, extends the journey into wider fee collection and payment workflows.
The Student Admission Portal gives applicants a central place to manage their application and admission journey.
Students can access their application progress, relevant payments, communications, notifications and queries through the portal. Institutions can use it to provide status visibility, share updates and guide applicants through pending actions without requiring them to contact admission teams for every update.
The portal helps create a connected experience from application submission through subsequent admission stages.
Meritto’s Query Management System enables institutions to capture, assign, track and resolve applicant queries through a structured workflow.
Queries can be routed to relevant teams, monitored through a central dashboard and connected with the applicant’s record and admission context. This gives counsellors and admission teams visibility into previous questions, responses and unresolved concerns.
By managing queries within the application journey, institutions can respond with greater context and reduce gaps created by scattered communication channels.
Meritto brings applications, applicant profiles, documents, payments, communications and status information into a unified Application Manager.
Admission teams can search, filter and segment applications using defined criteria, track progress across stages, coordinate work between departments and act on groups of applicants requiring attention.
Managers can monitor application volumes, pending actions and team performance, while individual teams can focus on the applicants and tasks relevant to their role.
Meritto provides application reports and dashboards that help institutions monitor student movement and operational performance across the application funnel.
Teams can track application starts, completions, pending actions, payments, programme-level performance and movement across different application stages. Institutions can also compare performance across forms, programmes, teams and admission cycles.
This helps management identify application drop-offs, processing bottlenecks and areas requiring intervention before they affect final enrollment outcomes.
Application automation manages the processes involved in application initiation, form completion, document collection, application fees, applicant communication and application tracking.
Admission automation extends the journey into evaluation, document verification, interviews or selection stages, merit lists, offers, admission decisions and final enrollment.
Meritto connects these processes through its Application & Post-Application Platform, allowing the same applicant record and context to continue across both application and admission workflows.
Mio AI™ brings AI-led engagement and contextual intelligence into defined application and admission workflows.
Mio AI Guide can answer approved application-related questions and guide students towards relevant next steps through real-time conversations. Mio AI Voice can reach incomplete applicants at scale, identify blockers, provide relevant guidance, schedule counsellor callbacks and capture post-call outcomes. Mio AI Coach can help enrollment teams understand student readiness, risk and relevant next actions within the wider enrollment journey.
Because Mio AI works with the education-specific data, context and workflows of Meritto, its agents can support students based on application stage, previous interactions and pending actions.
