1. Use your existing Identity Provider to log in to Meritto
Data protection is crucial and our latest Okta SSO integration makes logging into the Meritto platform simpler and more secure. For institutions that rely on authentication, this update enables a unified login experience for their teams. With centralized authentication through a trusted system, users enjoy greater security and a smoother sign-in and no extra passwords needed.
2. Streamline marketing automation management with delete automation
We’ve introduced the Delete Automation feature to help users manage their automation listings more efficiently. Previously, users couldn’t delete paused, stopped, draft, or completed automations, but now they can with the delete permission enabled. Once deleted, automations cannot be restored. Users can delete one automation at a time or use bulk delete to remove up to 20 automations by filtering by status (Paused, Stopped, Draft, or Completed).
3. Manage your WABA with Meritto’s integration with Meta
We’re now an official Meta Tech Partner and with this there is better seamless WhatsApp Business (WABA) integration within Meritto CRM.
What you can do with the new integration:
- Onboard new clients easily with Embedded Signup and configure WhatsApp Business right from the Meritto App Store.
- Create message templates, send bulk communication, and manage WABA phone numbers from one place.
- Monitor Quality Scores, Messaging Limits, and update business profiles within a refreshed UI.
- Set up default replies and ECHO messages for automated lead communication.
4. Visualize and track each student’s conversion journey your way
The Conversion Funnel is an upgraded way to manage and track every step of the admissions journey. With customizable conversion stages for leads, opportunities, and applications, improved status mapping, and enhanced visibility through bulk updates, APIs, and UI changes, this feature helps teams act with greater clarity and control. For new CRM accounts, tracking is now powered via Opportunities, making conversions easier to monitor and manage.
5. Stay on top of critical student activities with the extended power of Zing
Zing Notifications offer real-time alerts for lead/application unassigned events and registration attempts on Web, App, and Email. With iOS support, teams get instant updates, faster response times, and higher conversions through timely multi-channel nudges.
6. Gain more control and flexibility in managing your SMS delivery for ongoing engagement
Gain better control over your SMS credits with automatic service pauses when your balance hits zero, optional manual pauses for transactional messages, and real-time alerts when your credit usage reaches set percentages or drops below defined limits which will help you prioritize and manage communication without disruptions.
7. Track enrollments along with leads in Meta ad campaigns
With Meta Offline Conversions, Meritto now lets you automatically sync offline events like inquiries, applications, enrollments, and payments directly with Facebook Ads. This ensures accurate attribution within Meta’s 90-day window, helps track campaign ROI effectively, eliminates manual uploads, and supports management of multiple ad accounts and Pixels, all in one centralized place.
8. Enabled advanced reporting and analytics with Amplify Reports
Amplify Reports now include performance visualizations for both Raw Data and Lead Manager dashboards, allowing users to view communication effectiveness and campaign insights with ease. This update also adds an exclusive ROI Report that tracks cost incurred per lead through different stages: generation, application, and enrollment thereby enabling better analysis of campaign investments and outcomes.
9. Verify documents accurately and accelerate students’ enrollments with DocVerify
DocVerify in Lead Manager enables flexible, multi-stage verification of uploaded documents tied to registration fields. Users can manage, preview, and match documents, update verification statuses with remarks, and track everything in one place. Leads are easily filtered by status: Verified, Not Verified, or Partially Verified for streamlined document handling.
10. Boost performance tracking with Echo Dashboard
The Echo Dashboard brings together email, SMS, and WhatsApp engagement into a unified view, making it easier to track, analyze, and act. You can view real-time conversation statuses like NIAA, Queued, and Picked; access user and team performance metrics including replies and turnaround times and measure lead engagement through conversion analytics and ROI insights, all with powerful filters and clickable summaries for fast, informed decision-making.
11. Manage student journeys and university partnerships for online degree programs with ease
Channel partners can now manage multiple university partnerships and student interests for online degree programs, all from one unified platform. With 360° enrollment and revenue visibility powered by robust APIs and a developer portal, partners can centralize lead management, accurate attribution, and streamline operations for scalable, revenue-driven growth.
12. Meet the newer, smarter, and unified student ID card, Pixi
Collexo Pixi simplifies student life by combining multiple cards into one smart, secure ID card. It serves as a student’s identity verification, campus access, payment method, and even a transit card. With this, students can manage their balances, make payments, and access transit with ease, all while earning rewards through exclusive perks.

13. Managing recurring payments just got simpler
Recurring Payments in Collexo simplifies installment-based fee collection by automating recurring tuition, subscription, or housing payments. It eliminates repetitive setup, supports customized schedules per student, and enables flexible, multi-installment payments thereby streamlining operations for institutions and offering a smoother experience for students.
14. Experience the enhanced power of Collexo Institute Portal Login
The Collexo Institute Portal has been enhanced with key security features, including the default implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for added protection. Users now verify their identity through multiple methods, such as passwords and email/device access. Additionally, the password reset process has been simplified, allowing authorized users to securely reset passwords directly within the portal, reducing reliance on support teams. These updates enhance security while ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
15. Expanded gateways and currencies for seamless global fee collection
Accepting international payments is now easier than ever. With support for the Sampath Payment Gateway, institutions can now collect payments from students in Sri Lanka seamlessly. We’ve also added support for the Indonesian Rupiah, extending our multi-currency capabilities to help institutions accept payments from over 15 countries. Combined with integrations for Stripe, Paystack, and Khalti, this upgrade ensures smoother, faster transactions across regions, making geography no longer a barrier.
